Challenge
Client aimed to reposition Nouméa, often seen as expensive and popular among older cruise tourists, as an affordable destination for under-45s. Nouméa, a francophone city blending local indigenous culture and French influence, now presents itself as chic, relaxed, and focused on natural beauty. This was a conceptual brief.
